Processing Times
Each item in our store is custom-made to order with care. Please allow:
- 2-5 business days for production
- 2-7 business days for shipping within the United States
- Total delivery time: 4-12 business days
Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your order arrives safely. The specific carrier will be selected based on your location and shipping method chosen.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship to the United States with the following options:
- Standard Shipping: $5.99
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking number to monitor your package's journey
- Updates about significant shipping status changes
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or damaged:
- Check your tracking number for the most current status
- Contact us if your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived
- Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery
Delays and Issues
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times:
- Severe weather conditions may cause delays
- Peak seasons (holidays) may extend production and shipping times
- Local events or circumstances may impact delivery schedules
