At Midwest Mosaic, we're committed to creating high-quality apparel that represents your faith and our region. Each piece is custom-made to order, just for you.
Quality Guarantee
Every item is produced using industry-leading print-on-demand technology to ensure quality. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll make it right by providing a replacement at no cost to you.
Returns & Store Credit
Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you, we don't offer traditional returns or exchanges. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason:
- Start your return through our return portal within 30 days of delivery
- Keep the item in its original, unworn condition with tags attached
- We'll provide store credit for the full purchase amount (excluding original shipping)
- Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue
Return Shipping Options
When initiating your return through our portal, you'll have two options for return shipping:
- Add $2 return shipping protection during checkout to receive a prepaid return label
- Choose to pay for your own return shipping if you didn't select shipping protection at checkout
- Use the return portal to get your return going.
